I provide assessments and letters that adhere to WPATH guidelines and include any specific insurance or other system requirements for you to continue on your path of affirming care.

I want to note that I understand these insurance requirements often include invasive and transphobic questions and reviews of many different life areas, and I aim to reduce as many barriers as possible.
What this involves:
I offer single session evaluations unless specific complexities arises that we choose to address further. When we meet, I will write up any relevant information, and provide you with documentation that same day. If you need addendums or updates in the future, those are included in the process.
